These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HADEX AI Instagram-based lead qualification assistant and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HADEX AI provides an automated assistant that helps businesses respond to inbound Instagram Direct Message inquiries, qualify leads, and route qualified prospects to a human sales team. The Service operates through Meta's Instagram Graph API with the explicit authorization of the Instagram Business account owner.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) send spam, phishing, or deceptive content; (c) harass, threaten, or harm others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) reverse engineer or circumvent any technical protections; or (f) interfere with the integrity of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process information.
The Service integrates with Meta's Instagram platform and other third-party services. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their operation.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HADEX AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
